Not exactly the course but I learned from the reference pictures especially. You can search a lot of reference images from the internet. This is the way I learn.

grab the transpose line by press "W" on the Keyboard and if gizmo is appear, turn off the gismo Icon on the top menu. And then Hold down Ctrl + Click drag on the mesh (expecially the corner of the mesh). If you want more mask, hold down Shift and Ctrl + Click and drag along the mesh. There you go.
