This canyon and Grandstaff Canyon look very similar.

If you can just do one hike, which is more impressive, must-see: Subway or Narrows?

I’m amazed there’s water there. 3 years ago when I made the trip out there, the cave was covered in ice with a water fall flowing through the ice inside the cave. Interested to see how it looks this summer

We've been to Lake Powell 4 different times since 1977. It is spectacular! And even with a map... you can get lost.

How do I find this location on google maps what is this location called
@alleykeosheyan4779Ай бұрын
It hasn't been officially named yet, but locals have started referring to it as the "Wave Chamber" or "Wave Cave." It's in Page, AZ, behind Big Lake Trading Post, at the intersection of US98 and Coppermine Rd.

We can't wait to explore. But why show the cliff jumping/diving or promote it in the title? It is not only frowned upon but against their stated terms/rules you most likely accepted. It is people like who and posts like this that may one day keep the public from enjoying this experience at all. Case in point is the recent closure of Grand/Chocolate Falls. It's Tribal land, please respect it. Havasu is an amazing place and I hope it is open for generations to come to enjoy.

Is the trail marked or what is the best way to find this?
@EA_Adventures3 ай бұрын
Trail isn’t marked and parts of it are washed away. If you’re going from Havasu Falls towards the village, look for a little trail on the right-hand side and then just follow the creek until you get to the falls.

Oh my! Gorgeous terrain. I just booked a trip thru some National Parks next June. From Mesa Verde to Glacier National park, we’ll visit 7 parks in 2 weeks. Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. I’m more excited about this trip than my Italy trip 4 years ago. Love love the outdoors. I connect with all there is when communing with nature. Nothing more awe inspiring than planet earth.

Just did this two weeks ago. Amazing place. Tough hike... scrambling a lot. Fantastic swim at Subway. Cold! Worth it. Permits were not as hard to get as some suggest.

I’m so nervous about this particular hike. Not the hike to the village, not the climb down to Mooney, but the hike to Beaver. Is it obvious where to go? How long did it take you from Mooney to Beaver? 1 hour?
@EA_Adventures8 ай бұрын
It is pretty easy to figure out where to go. You can also download the map on All Trails I believe. I can’t recall how long it took but 1 hr sounds about right.
