Yeah… I’ve always struggled with audio stuff while making these. It’s like… sounds fine in my headphones, but then I watch it back after everything is exported and it’s totally different 😂 maybe one day I’ll get it down right.

@@commandcovemtg I think my version is quite a bit different than the norm. It occurred to me that you could use Sylvan library to put equipment on top, use stuff like scroll rack to put them there, or use land tax plus scroll rack. There's also urza lord high artificer and equipment, he loves them, and you can use cost reducers to make the equipment free to cast. Finally I like to use Sensei's divining top with the reality chip to really just be able to draw my whole deck and probably win with aetherflux reservoir lol. It's nice to have Galea at the center of all that though, everyone thinks they're playing against a Voltron deck, which they are, but really it's a combo deck. I've never even played with the deck before to be honest, so I don't know how good it is, but I'm always interested in seeing other people's takes on good commanders.

I’ll be honest- I don’t think I’ve had that deck built since then. Most of it went to other temporary decks, and the deck itself has evolved into a Korvold deck(which also has a video), and has since become a full cEDH deck after numerous changes. Maybe I’ll bring it back this year. 🤍

Thought about this, weirdly enough, not too long after posting it. Opened a box of Double Masters 22 a few days ago and pulled Yahenni from a pack and was like… yeah, this makes sense. Good call!

All 3 songs are by Lorna Shore- Pain Remains III: In a Sea of Fire” is the first 10m, “Sun//Eater” in the middle(about 6m) and “Into the Abyss” at the end(last 5 or so) before Sunflower by Post Malone hits the Outro

BTW, I've seen a lot of openings of this pack. The vast majority of them are this deck. A lot more are the Baldur's Gate precons. You own't save too much, but at least you get the deck box and sleeves.

I agree with your first point a lot. With the explosion of short-form content over the past 5 years or so, nobody wants to sit through 10 minute videos anymore- the quicker to the point, the better, concept of instant gratification and all. I’ll admit, it’s not my best work. I do try to aim for the 5-7min mark if I can, but a lot of the time it feels like I’m dragging the video out with pointless blabbing to get there. So some vids, like this one, will inevitably be shorter as I don’t have as much to share on the deck as others(although this one specifically I actually have 2 different techs on). Others, it’ll be easier to make longer videos because there’s more to the deck that I can talk about. Just the way it goes sometimes 🤙
