I love the short videos bc I always end up staying on my mat for another 20 xtra mins doing more stretches. It would be great to add more links to longer stretch videos or a few more short ones so ppl can just go to another video quickly

I'm in my late 50s and have better balance than most dancers. Like superhuman balance. I could do this easily. The problem with age is that it's getting harder to pull my leg up against my body. I need longer arms! I'm not sure if that's due to lowered flexibility or to losing strength in my hip flexor muscles. But it's concerning. If I don't figure it out, I'll be wearing nothing but slippers in ten years, and that kinda sucks.

I feel like letting go to drop body against floor is not going to yield most gains tho. I have been letting my chest barely touch the floor though, to get the most range of motion and tension. Would dropping body on ground really be better than a slight touch?

Somebody taught me to do the pouring water form and after doing it for 2 months my shoulder was so fucked I couldn’t work them for the next 3 months.

I prefer light weights with higher reps. My friend prefers heavy weight low reps.... I think It doesn't matter how u do it as long as u doing it, I loss nearly half my body weight with a good diet and light weight workouts (150kg-80kg)...it's extremely important to keep consistent in every workout, start light and gradually move to a heavier weight when the muscles are ready.

If your doing sets until failure, the overall workout will be subpar. Shortening your workout because of the added stress on the tired muscles.

Hi I was just wondering if you could make a video where you do the exercises for the three problem areas with the amount of reps that you recommend so you can follow along and do them along with the instructor. I always forget how to do my exercises and if I have to search through several videos to refind them, I never get them done.

That is not a "test" of age but lower body and core strength. Very few men under 30 can perform that exercise cue to being in marginal or poor physical shape.

55 year old male I had lipo mesh inguinal hernia repair at 3pm 6/14/24. I’m active and lift weights. Day 1: need help getting out of bed. Bloating and constipation are the worst right now. Drinking plenty of water and took an otc laxative. I’ll update daily.
