Yes, deep one but important to understand I think. It actually is an extract (my intro of this episode) from Luydmila Petranovskaya article one Generational Trauma, here is a link you can read in english in chrome: www.pravmir.ru/travmy-pokolenij/ this article is so beautifully written and so greatly explores the topic.

One of the most interesting subjects is the people of the Urals, who had an interesting history, especially the Huns. I also like the history of Poland very much.

What exactly you would recommend me to research about Poland?

The Assyrians/Akkadians are one of the oldest tribes in history. They had the first empire in the Middle East. I have recently been doing a little research on the ancient Turkic tribes, I can boldly say that even now, the Turks are the largest ethnic group, and they are the most widespread of all religions. Actually "Turk" is an identity rather than a race/ethnicity

You recorded beautiful pictures. The Caucasus is really beautiful and its people are even more beautiful.

thank you! yes, footage is truly beautiful indeed :) I agree with you The Caucasus is so fascinating and I think one of the most beautiful places in whole Russia, but also maybe a bit overlooked

@@DiversityPodcast_08 I am one of the Turks from the southernmost part of the Caucasus in Iran. Yes, the Caucasus is really beautiful, it is full of high mountains and it is the most ethnically diverse region that exists. It is one of the most beautiful regions of Abkhazia. Russia has the best regions in the world. Kamchatka Peninsula is the remote paradise of Russia.
