Im continuously using this phone from almost 3 years so the prons are - reverse wireless charging, 5g speed is more than budget phones below 15k, amoled screen and design aj bhi bina cover use karlo to log notice karte h Cons- not a gaming phone heats easily whenever it heats it disconnects wifi automatically only playable with lowest graphic , gaming while charging heats up even faster , battery backup is poor from beginning when I purchased at launch So this phone is for people who are not obsessed with gaming, those who watch movies and need premium phones it for them only

Bro, i also faced the same issue on my M52. I visited samsung care, created job sheet and spoke to customer care. But that customer care executive not listened at all. She was stick to only one sentence that handset is out of warranty and can not be replaced at FOC. Will try raising issue in Twitter or consumer court
