എന്റെ മൂന്നു വർഷം 😢.ഈ പറയുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്റ്റേജ്ഉം കടന്നു പോയി . എന്ന് നിർത്തിയോ അന്ന് മുതൽ രക്ഷപെട്ടു 112 kg ആയിരുന്ന ഞാൻ 81 kg ആയി. 10 കൊല്ലം കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുത്ത ബോഡി എല്ലാം പോയി. ഇപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം ഞാൻ തിരിച്ചു പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
