"with a low carbon footprint" The best way to minimise the negative environmental impact of laptops has always been to make them upgradeable, so that they don't get thrown away whenever their owner wants more RAM or storage (which wastes resources and uses up space in landfill). The introduction of LPCAMM2 memory modules in the P1 Gen 7 is a step in the right direction, but it frustrates me that so many of Lenovo's other laptops have soldered RAM which can't be upgraded. Most of your low-end laptops used to support SODIMMs, allowing easy RAM upgrades, but you replaced them all with newer versions with soldered RAM. I also hope you'll give us Thinkpad laptops which support LPCAMMs with AMD's next-gen "Zen 5" Ryzen processors relatively quickly. The Intel "Meteor Lake" processors in the P1 Gen 7 aren't bad, but they're still no better than Zen 4 CPUs which have been around for more than a year. The Thinkpad brand has always had a reputation for durability and upgradeability, and this reputation has been partially lost in the last 5 years, as recent models have had features cut in order to save money. Performance isn't the only thing that matters, reliability and longevity are also important. Don't throw away Thinkpad's reputation, Lenovo.

Hi just wanna ask, how was your laptop battery last? I just bought it few weeks ago and gosh the battery drain soo fast. I tried once charge it full and let it running without doing anything. The batter drain from 100% to 89% in just under 10min. Did it happened to you too? Help, what can I do to make it last a bit longer
