i use this as a tool to refocus when im trading the 5m charts, its amazing! if you watch the price action with too much attention, you'll be drained within an hour or so. using this and bringing my full attention back to the charts every 5 minutes allows for much better clarity and helps with staying patient during a long session.

Thank you so much for this timer with a calming bell sound for each interval. I have used other timers before, but the buzzer sound is disturbing and stressful. This is so calming and perfect for my pranayama sessions and other meditative practices. Namaste.

Thank you. Some guided meditation teachers like to pontificate when all that is needed are continually recurring audible reminders to return to the breath. I like the on screen timer as well.

Muchísimas gracias. Hago meditación a diario y a veces oír a alguien guiándola me produce sueño. Entonces me dedico a enviar amor a todos los seres, y especialmente a los enfermos y personas que sufren. En esos casos el sonido del cuenco me ayuda a no perder la concentración. Te mando un abrazo muy fuerte y te agradezco mucho que me ayudes con estos sonidos 💖🌟💖
