I don't think I've ever seen the hornpipe danced in a real Navy uniform (not including the cap and dance shoes, of course); but I think it looks cool. Is this guy in the US Navy? Sometimes the male to female ratio is a little off, and when that happens, we get weird soap opera situations going, where 2 males are after a female and she won't choose one. I watched this go on for a month, and it finally came to a showdown. the 2 males had a pretty nasty duel, and one guy lost his big tail feather. It's a shame because he's such a nice guy. The big question in my mind now is can he grow a new one and will he have any kind of a chance at finding a mate next season? if anybody knows, I'd love to hear from you. I've only known these critters for a little less than a year, and I'm still learning.

I'm trying to watch this and my own kids are being as loud as the kids in the background of the video lol.
