There are no nice clothes/dresses

Eye in store keeps choosing horrible greys browns blacks and beiges totally ignoring pretty clolours, forget it, boring

I have bought in M&S for many years…..food and clothes. Their food is second to none : I still buy food regularly from ‘Marks’ (over 50 years). Clothes….a different matter! M&S used to offer clothes that were excellent quality and style for a reasonable price.Over the past 20 years (at least), l have failed to find clothes anywhere near these past standards,in M&S. They may be ‘in trend’, there is no quality; garments hang drab and shapeless. Ladies of a certain age--the’backbone’ of M&S clientele are not catered for (not in the ‘smart’ department). When l shop in Marks now, l go to the food hall : l don’t even look in the clothes department.It’s a waste of time! Pat R.

I've been searching for the right dress and finally found it on the M&S website. Was very excited and ordered it. I was sitting here wishing I had it NOW. Then I wondered if you had looked at it in one of your videos, and you had one day ago 😂. You even showed the other colour. Some gorgeous things in M&S. Where you have a large store you are spoilt for choice there. Ours is fairly big here and has three floors. I find that not all stores have the same content as others so hence I shop online and it’s less hassle at times to have them delivered. With your video I can see what things look like and a big thank you for sharing. Much love and respect from South Wales x
