It doesnt matter if its true or a lie. The laws of the land give the government ownership automatically. Mineral resources are a curse to countries with mismanagement and corruption. Dont believe me, look to South America or Africa. Guyana is getting robbed legally right now.

Man Ina him uniform....therefore, he has a certain level of authority invested in him by the state. If he feels threatened he can justify using deadly force...don't play with a man with a gun and a 'license to kill'... is so di thing set even in the US from what I've seen. Only jamaica I see man fight police and still live....that's just my opinion based on observation

Words of caution to Jamaicans who might feel obligated to assist Haitians: Recently, Dominican President Luis Abinader was reelected for a second term. The Dominican Republic extended an invitation to Haitian officials for the inauguration, but they declined to attend, citing an inability to accept privileges that other Haitians cannot access. This refusal occurred amid a dispute over airspace, which has heightened diplomatic tensions. Meanwhile, Haitian nationals living in the Dominican Republic, as well as in Canada, the USA, France, and elsewhere, are celebrating the Haitian authorities' decision to boycott the inauguration. This comes despite the fact that thousands of Haitian men are working illegally in the Dominican Republic, many Haitian women are giving birth at no cost in Dominican hospitals, and Haitian students are attending Dominican schools for free. This sometimes leads to Dominican students being unable to secure spots in public schools and having to attend private institutions instead, placing an additional financial burden on their families through increased expenses and taxes. It seems that some may fail to appreciate the support they receive.

The side walks too are a problem ,mr Mayor. Commerical and residental sidewalks in the suburbs of kingston is non existence. And where it exists its in a state of decay and needs repair. Since the cost of building or repairing sdewalk in front of people' premisses would be something the Kingston metropolition cant afford. It would be a good idea if you you come into aggreemet with agreement with home and business owners to build and maintain the sidewalk in fron of ther premisses. Side walk in front of premisses is not more than 40 0r fifty feet and would cost much to a home owner. The city would create a design to follow. For suburban it could be grass and concrete or concrete only. I am sure the home owners in hope pasture, meadow Brrook etc wold not kickback against as it would give their home and community some beauy and also add value to their property. One other thing i ask of you is to like in the days gone gone by when residents and homes use to have there home addres number on their gate or building so its essy to find, especially in this age of Google Map. Thank you Mr Mayor. Its not really my idea. This is how i see they do it in North America where my sidewalk is my responsibiliy. If the utility ör the gov rrnment destroy.my sidewalk the law is thst they have to fix it.

watching from england very hard to watch grandparents from the windrush generation of the 1950s how on earth is the crap tolerated i was on youtube watching an aamerican a travel show ,highlighting and exploring the cheapest English speaking places outside england to retire and jamaica came in at second but all i saw from comments section were negative comments saying jamaica was violent a lawless place with mentality of wickedness and hell hole , i attempted to defend jamaica as my late grandmother was from st Andrews .every comment from the international commentators was negative , you would have thought reading the comments jamaica was Afghanistan or Gazza ,.after reading the views of a certain mr Singh who spoke about the whole of claredon being under curfew i decided to investigate the validity of his assertion . then i came across this story

Most of these youngsters are from single parent home, especially mothers being the breadwinner. Mothers try reaching out to your children, especially your sons, the life of criminality is either prison or the casket, do whatever it takes to steer them away from crime. At the rate of male being killed in Jamaica, it's almost like the youths have given up on themselves and death is glorified. Fathers it's never too late to start playing a role in your child's life, too many single mothers are having to bear the brunt of raising children, a Father's presence do make a significant difference in molding young boys into becoming successful men, by helping them realize their full potential.and working towards it. Way too many males are just throwing away their lives, some likely leaves children behind. Human rights group across Jamaica only comes out to bash law enforcement officers for carrying out their duties, these groups received millions of dollars to target "at risk communities" i often wonder what has been their importance and impact if any..
