Great review Scott! Sounding good! Would you recommend either of these tubas for Bass trombone doubling on Tuba? Especially in jazz ensembles, modern composers are starting to use tuba to bring a new sound into the low brass section.

Jurassic Park: Main Theme. In my opinion, the most beautiful single composition by John Williams. This tune has a great sense of majesty and nobility of the world in it's early form. It's the romanticized idea that man and beast can live together in harmony. Yet, as we the movie plays out, it is evident the re-creations of man do not include a human civility into the "king" of the ancient reptilian world, T-Rex. I almost guffawed aloud when I saw the T-Rex walking in the background around the pond behind the euphonium. Well done! Beautiful and entertaining.

Would you recommend venting a valve on a tuba that's over 70 years old..
