Slow down the reps and go deeper. It's really slow. You want to keep it controlled. If you want explosive power, then on your way up, you can go fast, but on the negative, go slow to build more muscle. But most importantly, go deeper with the squat as you aren't really doing much

You want the start of your set to look like the end of your set, basically. The end of your set was pretty good. You went deep and slowed down the reps

The end of your set was good. You basically want it to look like that the whole time. You slowed down the reps and went deeper with the squat. Just because the weight is light doesn't mean you should just throw it around. If you go slower, it will actually be harder which is good

@@Laurenzzzistired good, that variation will likely not result in optimal gains, but should result in good muscular endurance as long as you don't go up too much in weight. The more variance, the more you are minimizing the risk of injury, happy training!
