Hello! My vacuum still working properly. Yes the battery is detachable and i think you can buy it in their shopee official store. For me i don’t need the extra power because my house is kinda small and i just charge it everytime i finished vacuum and moping the house

Mop pad tu just spray air letak sabun sikit. Then jemur

G20 is quite a new model. I bought FC20 last year when it was just launched. It depends on your preference really because both mop on the vacuum works differently

Actually kan i tak letak air pun dlm tank air dia tu. what i usually do with my other electric mop before this, i bancuh floor detergent in a spray bottle and then spray the floor and mop with the electric mop. So i am doing the same with this FC20 lah. Ok tak pe next time i akan kurang kan spray detergent tu. thanks ya.

I see... yeah try jangan basah sgt la kot lantai. Kadang2 spray jugak guna sabun tp just lightly je, tak basah sgt. Just nak hilangkan minyak2 especially kat dapur

Hello! Yeah been using this everyday about 2 month. So far so good!

For me, my house is not that big; (less than 1000sqft) and i vacuum min once per day. Have no issue with the bin size. Tapi kalau penuh/rasa suction dia dah kurang, boleh je buang habuk tu mid vacuum and sambung vacuum balik. Just make sure sapu the top part of the bin dgn provided cleaning brush to prevent the tiny dust masuk kat motor that will jeopardise the motor perfomance. Plus the bin kalau basuh pun senang je nak kering kan lap guna tissue. My advice is beli extra hepa filter ( kat dibea official shopee store ada jual) sebab hepa filter tu kalau basuh lambat sikit kering; about 1 day plus.

Oh i was torn between 2 jugak mula2 haha... tp yg ni murah sikit, and mop dia pusing2 so ala2 polish lantai sekali. Plus boleh beli extra battery asing (if you really need it)

Sangat. Like if there's stubborn stain you just spray and let the mop work. The only downside you cant put solution (floor cleaner) in the mop, just water.

Oh i just spray the hepa filter & the bin with hose haha... nothing special pun. But I'm kinda clean freak so letak sikit sabun (like setitik dalam bin tu) lepastu blast guna hose sebab kadang masa basuh bersih. Lepas kering nampak ada lagi tiny dust kat bin tu i just can't 😫

Maybe i will! Kalau rajin hahah... but for now really2 recommend this sebab boleh vacuum & mop guna 1 device je for daily cleaning. Then steam mop for deep weekly cleaning.

Yup same with me too. The light is red color when i use the mop head.

Air dia takde la basah sangat. Kalau tak tekan spray dia tak keluar pun air tu. Dia kira sama dengan mop spray yg biasa tu, just ni ada function mcm sapu bekas2 habuk kalau ada yg tertinggal lepas vacuum tadi, and mop head dia rotate so dia boleh polish lantai. Lepas guna saya terus basuh kain mop dia. Kalau guna mop head ni suction power dia tak kuat sgt pun. Kalau guna vacuum head baru kuat

I'm glad my review helps! I've been searching the review for this model too but can't find it anywhere so i just buy it since it can be return in 15 days 😆 so far so good for daily clean. The suction power is strong and the vacuum itself is very light! I plan to buy extra HEPA filter since it takes quite a while to dry after i wash it. The battery capacity is enough for me (my house is quite small) for vacuum & mopping but there's an option to buy extra battery pack for this vacuum.

Using the mop head i mean.

It did! But not as effective as using the normal vacuum head since the suction power not as powerful when using the mop. I recommend using the normal vacuum head then use the mop head to mop + picking up leftover debris and polish the floor

@@estherchan7154 Hello! it's really easy to clean. i just just spray water to clean it up everytime i use it. My advice is not to put floor cleaning solution into the water tank of the mop head to prevent blockage of the spray outlet. i just put plain filtered water
