Best video for beginners. When I was trying to get it at first and my body failed to understand what exactly to do, I broke it down to exactly how he shows in this video for myself and got it almost instantly. Not a fan of the hard music tho

Fr screw a smell test, buy another GI. And swap between them but always wash a gi after class.

My gi fits over my torso but my arms and legs are way too long and baggy. Would this method work for my issue as well?

Hey being stiff can stop you from doing the inverted movement. It is a foreign movement for many beginners, so practice relaxing your shoulders in order to successfully roll over. You will also feel a crunch in your stomach that you need to balance, if not you'll roll a different direction altogether.

Been training for a few years now, and just recently moved to this new town haha man the local gym there do this every time, it's incredibly humbling that I've never done this before, especially getting stuck in the same place haha But a killer workout for the whole core. Thank you bro!

Personal preference, I like to wash at least 2 pairs of uniforms at a time. One gi will air out until I have another dirty gi to wash-- of course the 2nd gi can go in the washer without airing it out. I can't forgive myself wasting the water and electricity on one uniform.
