Lesson #1: Don't believe much, or anything, that your guitar 'heroes' say in interviews. They're making a lot money on myths. They want you to believe their creations are divinely inspired and that you cannot do what they do. They never mention the endless hours they spend practising. This is crap.

Guitar god.? No la. You overshot already la 😅. As a Malaysian...but yes, many talents, stars, pop & rock & fashion culture originated or started from Singapura than crossed & influenced Malaysia. Like Malay film industry P Ramli, Saloma & all the stars, Shaw Bros, Cathay Kris, Mat Sentol, pop yeh yeh, Malay rock Sweet charity & many more. We Malaysians were still conservative & backwards than in our kampongs to be honest 😏.

Once happen, bump into Addy in a small shop side by side buying his groceries with his kids. Even thou we are total strangers in neighborhood, but he is such a nice guy who smiles alot, chill and humble kinna guy. Love his character.

Met him during my school days at LKS. He was recording his album. Asked him to sign my school uniform, he ask am I sure? Worry that my mother will be angry and he offered me Teh tarik. Very friendly person he is!

Technically very good in all sort of disciplines & genres, able to compose & write music not just for guitar but for the whole instruments. A quick learner & very adaptable, that’s he is well sought for as live sessionist for some great names both locally & internationally.
