Well another confusing comment. As you go back in time there are so many. BBK (God Bless), 2012, So, early Madonna, Adele, Vena Sera, Never mind, home school valedictorian (smile), Bush, Crime of the century, early and late Yes, In through the out door. Genius, STP, Smashing pumpkins, Alice In Chains, Fuel, Amy Lee…no particular order. So many not listed. Music is designed to stimulate all of your brain, all of your emotions. In all my years on this planet they pore their heat and souls into exactly what they do..Love! Oh and I get a spelling day 😂

UNA OBRA MUY VALORADA POR EL PUBLICO ES SOLO UN BUEN DISCO PERO NO ES LA OBRA DEFINITIVA DEL METAL PROGRESIVO NI MUCHO MENOS....................LA OBRA MAESTRA QUE DEFINIO EL METAL PROGRESIVO ES IMAGES AND WORDS DE LA BANDA DREAM THEATER!!!!

My favorite concept album for sure and just ahead of my second favorite, which is Dream Theater's scene's from a memory. Not that you give a shit, but just sayin' .

One Of The Iconic Great Amazing Album Ever Made ...Queensryche They Never Made Album Like Operation: Mindcrime.. and They Will Never Do It Again .. Since The Great Chris DeGarmo Left The Band...
@anthonystresz6011Ай бұрын
During the Empire Tour, Queensryche performed Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety. Pamela Moore was Suite Sister Mary on stage. Doctor X made a brief appearance. One of the best concerts I've seen in my life. When Record Theatre was still around, they were not allowed to play any song from this album. There will NEVER be a decade like this one was.

I saw Mind Crime live in Long Beach arena in 1988, Queensryche blew the closing act Metalica off the stage. That night Tate proved he is the greatest metal 🤘 vocalist of all time!

Thank you for that. I needed it. It's music like this that made me become a stagehand. Was lucky enough to meet Geoff Tate and set up for him after the divorce.

I was lucky enough to be around LA at that time so got to attend a couple of their live shows . They sounded just as good live as listening to their tape or on vinyl. This is a few years before CD's ever came out lol

If I was running for President...I Remember Now and Anarchy X would be my theme music... My rewritten lyrics for Anarchy X would be.. "Do you believe in freedom?" "Do you believe in liberty?" "Do you believe those in office who are abusing you should be held accountable?" "This country is the Land of Liberty and Liberty will be restored. "Change will come to those who have abused you!"

In @1988, I introduced this album to my Mom, and she absolutely loved it. She had previously introduced me to the likes of The Beatles, The Stones, The Doobie Brothers, America, Aerosmith, et al.... She understood, back then, that the message was on the mark. As I listen today, all I can say, is WOW (which is MOM up-side down). I Love You Mom.... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bpiVd7CTuK2ZaWQ.html

I like this mastering. It needed a low end boost and the wider stereo imaging is a nice touch. Sounds like the mids are dialed down a tad to het the lows to come through better.
@KonnAlex6 ай бұрын
Thank you. It is exactly what I did. I have noticed, in metal, that lowering a significant width of mid freq makes the singing way clearer. The bass was a bit of a touch but I think it's ok at this volume.
