The cutscene is very intrusive. I only stopped laggin on cutscenes when lowering resolution. I upgraded gpu and not it doesnt lag

Damn what a game it was 🎉 Played it on PS1 with low-poly graphic on a ridiculously small TV (compared to modern ones) - and it was insanely fun. Completely rabid, saneless cops were iconic. Lead only by seething hatred and lust for destruction they inspired awe in countless children, who were not prepared for such a brutal justice 😂

That civilian missile on 0:42 was like: "Eat that, criminal scum!" 😂 And that ram at 2:12 - that police car was so eager and hit so hard 😮 So it denied physics and capsized itself 😂
