The 30 population doesn't have to be in one community it can add up with supply line links, meaning you can have 15 in one and like another with 15 or one with 10 and another with 5.and you can get him in any one of those that are linked.

That thing of grace you picked up with not much description can be used on the poor soul left at the flooded church district on the floor you thought of killing. Yes water in the church can be lowered and you were so close. Specimen store house and all it's floors are like a maze. And you have plenty of bosses in shadow keep.

I wouldn't mind the Elden Beast as much if we didn't have to refight Radagon just to get a chance to fight it again, on top of it spamming spells and running from one side of the arena to the other when you can't ride Torrent. If you ask me, they should've done what they did in Bloodborne with Gehrman and the Moon Presence and just made that once you beat Radagon, you don't have to refight him everytime you die to Elden Beast.
