I am on my second Fiat 500 twin air in five years and what is generally not known is that their are two distinct Fiat 500’s The common straight four engined Fiat 500 which is common and the better Fiat TWIN AIR 500 with the 850cc motor bike engine. The better Fiat 500 is called the twin air. I now own the twin air Sport. It’s 104hp and six speed with disk brakes all round, and a turbo charger and Intercooler as standard. Best features. Low insurance, cheap spares, Two cylinder economical engine . Cam chain in the engine, no cam belt to break, low emissions and it is TAX free. Drivers seat gives loads of leg room as well and easy to park. It’s horses for courses. See my video.

I came from a Golf GTD, wanted diesel but a bit more space, about the same size, AWD and something "different". Couldn't be happier, still get asked about it 7 years later. Even had a cop pull me over just to ask what it was! Upgrade it with some Octavia/GTI and R parts from the wreckers, and you have a beast.

I think if he had a contract for 1997, he would have fought for the title. Remember, in no Race Schumi or jacques were togeter on the podium in 1997! His great abilities in driving very soft, i think he would have had 3-5 wins in that season! sad but true!
