Pennsylvania rattlesnakes are like pets because they’ve been caught and measured so many times that human smells and human handling means nothing, no danger. These snakes have basically been tamed overtime causing the snakes to evolve into just pets.

When I was a kid my brother and I use to catch copperheads by the dozen. You should check out Canoe Creek. We live on top of the mountain. We had a rattler kill our dog. The snake burrowed under her box. We saw her laying there and when we approached we heard the the rattle.

Why do you feel the need to go out in nature and "harvest" things that are simply living their life peacefully?
@CentralPaOutdoorsmen28 күн бұрын
We have observed, photographed, and filmed hundreds of wild Rattlesnakes over the past few years. We do this to share with the world how beautiful and spectacular these creatures are. Our goal is not to search and harvest but yet to search and educate.

I recently watched a YT video of someone who was bitten by a rattlesnake while hiking. After barely surviving the encounter, he bought a pair of snake boots and regretted not doing so earlier. They weren't even that expensive. The hospital bill would have ruined him if a charity organization hadn't covered the costs.

I have been hunting birds for 54 years,,back then you had to go up north for a chance at a bird... Over those years and taking the GRAND SLAM of turkey 3 times I could point out at least 6 mistakes you made but you will have to figure them out on your own like I did..LOL..And pretty foul to show your SNOT!!
