has your phone ever been repaired? you can probably fix it by rolling back to one ui 6.0 but make sure the the fifth last digit of your build version is A and not B.

i have same problem and solved. Press off+Vol down until restarting, when samsung logos press again off+vol down until screen turn off, then turn on. sry for bad english

im a samsung user since the first note moving over to Ios specifically because of the awful forced updates constantly breaking features on samsung phones. so soon.
