Hi, I believe it was 5 pounds and I just finished another cleanse and got the same results. The weight loss depends on the person. :-)

Thank you Coco, this video really helped me since I am going to purchase the detox. Do anyone know if you take blood pressure medicine if all the detoxification flushes out the blood pressure medicine? Just curious, I don’t want to ask a traditional doctor because most of them don’t believe or understand Holistic healing. They simply didn't learn it for the most part. Keep going Coco and again thank.

Hi Jackie, I'm glad the video helped. As for your blood pressure medicine, I recommend contacting Dr Bobby Price via IG or email. I'm sure he would be more than happy to give you some great feedback. In the meantime stick to the raw diet during your detox. :-)

Hi ! It really depends on what it’s mixed with. This jacket is in the middle, but I have a red faux leather dress that’s butter soft. I just make sure it doesn’t have a smell.

Mine is bog lol but I also wear a kinky unit. When I wear it without the unit , it’s slightly big,but I like it that way. Definitely keep the medium if you decide to wear braids.

I think it’s okay if you don’t go past 2 sets. I had a horrible experience to where I now have braces. I never wore braces as a child and had pretty much perfect teeth. The older I got a little shifting started happening and opted for Aligners since the issue was minor . It was okay but took a turn on my third set. This is my experience.

Yes you can eat fruit. I would recommend you drink both jars prior to eating anything. That way you have time to eat your fruits and raw veggies.

Yes. The tint is perfect for indoor wear. I wear contacts so that’s something I look for when buying glasses.

Hi Frankie, yes a s no. I recently added salmon to my routine. I eat it one a month but, a small portion. With that, I still eat everything else that's all plants. I may cut the salmon out since I only eat a small portion.

Sometimes in orthodontics teeth get worse before they get better. We may not understand at the time, but trust the process. Also, I'm really not sure why you mentioned a white male ortho, a white female ortho, and a black male ortho? I seriously doubt that race had anything to do with it!
