The vid is cool but the title is very misleading. This is most definitely not a 'How to' video

I’ve just started soft baiting with a 2500 td black on a Chanel master with 20lb j braid and it is the funniest way to catch snapper. I’m hoping to catch a Kingi on one soon. Thanks for this video there’s not a lot of how to videos on soft baiting that I can find that were as good as this. Thanks guys

What is the length of the handle? Looks like a great compact design that could be used for rock-fishing trips if there is some length in the handle.

Great vid and thanks for the tip. Particularly the fishing into deeper water from the rocks. I haven't tried that one but I will now.

Great video!! thanks. What's the strength of the braid and the leader (lbs) that you would use in a depth of 100meters?

I'm just getting into these in the UK and learning how to use them on the fish we have here. I fish from a kayak but in waters to around 80 feet deep in places. The quarry is usually Pollock, Wrasse or Bass but the Cod and Whiting are moving in slowly for the winter. I've had some success with Pout and small Pollock inshore around reefs and rocks but I do find the hooks very grabby on the kelp. One lure is currently a kelp xmas decoration for the fish already despite using a 38lb braid to a 25lb fluro leader set up for a deeper mark. Have you got any advice for fishing in the weed without snagging like this with these lures please? I am looking into sourcing some skirt making materials with a view to trying to develop a weedless hook style which I have in mind and any help with sourcing the materials to make them would be very much appreciated too. Many thanks.

Can someone explain to me why it was released? Why not keep it? is it more humane to put it back after putting it through all the stress and pain? or is it better to keep it and eat it? im not trying to be rude, i just dont understand why you would put it back

Looking at using these on my kayak in the harbor, would these be best suited for anchored or can they be used for drift fishing as well? Cheers

Have you ever thought of buying fish and save all that money on gas and the boat, not to mention the reg and warrant costs. Oh! And then there is the cost of the trailer. You can buy a ton of snapper for $250,000.

Hi grant. Love the video Looking forward to give the squidwing a go. Depth I usually fish , is around 50 to 60m and the technique, is most of the time bottom bouncing while drifting. Just wondering if the usual jerk or twitch will do while retrieving? Thanks for your feedback
