Thats life my family broke apart when i was little and 40 now and we all hardly ever talk to each other that is almost normal especially after covid. i too got covid and ended up in the hospital one week in 2020 and i got covid again like two years later but was not as bad in comparison as the first wave of covid. Life all you can do is keep moving on alone or with friends. You are in control of your own life dont let the world dictate your happiness and life try your best to be a shinning light in this dark world.

I, too, am handicapped and went from living aboard to using a walker. I am shutin and have no friends or family. I am completely alone. What has really helped is four phrases. They are " I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.". It is Hawaiian meditation called Ho'oponopono. There are lots of recordings on yt to just listen to for 15 minutes or so everyday. All the best.

I remember finding you shortly before all that happened. It was so concerning to find a creator you like and then see something so scary happen to them. I’m glad you’re still with us, still creating content and still finding happiness when you can. Dealing with PTSD, depression, and the stress of health related issues is so taxing. So exhausting. I’m practically an internet stranger so my outreach probably doesn’t mean much but just know there’s people out there who care about you and your successes.
