My village was like a dog sewerage system when I lived at home. Every day I went to work, BAM, dog shit on the drive way. Yet no one has ever been fined for it. I once stepped in it and the culprit could not give a shit, excuse the pun. I say if you refuse to clean it up, then it goes through your fuckin letterbox!!!! ) :<

"We need to meet the need's of every child" You didn't back in 2012, and you certainly didn't when I attended in the early 2000's. Kids with learning difficulties are lead around like cattle until they meet the age of about 16/17 then carted off to a throw away college to do fuck all.
