Can I relicate to another state if he has no legal or physical custody and no visitation? Also domestic violence was involved and 2 protective orders in place.

I think science is showing it is not a spectrum that everyone or almost everyone has. There may be a difference between degrees of selfishness and true narcissism. There are actual brain differences in the frontal lobe and amygdala. Thank you for your information it is very helpful.

Govts around the world have adopted this extreme feminist gynocentric misandristic system I'm from Africa and basically a man has no chance in court against a woman nomatter the case. False rape accusations are a well known revenge tool used by women (WELL KNOWN). Getting a men's wealth via divorce has become a norm (it used to be soon as you finish building your family house then you "kick the bucket" hence instant $100k house for the widow....loads of widowed women in suburbs) It's not safe out here in westernized socities

So in 2015, I had to cash my defined benefit pension, in order to pay half the equity I owed to my spouse’s bankruptcy receiver (Under our agreement I owed him .25 of the equity $47,000, when son turned 18) to be able to keep my house where both myself and both of my kids, who were college students at the time, lived. My former company happened to be having a cash out option at the time. I paid the rest with savings in an IRA. I need to amend this return to get my pension cash out excused from any taxes. Apparently the law was changed in 2019, but do I have any hope because this happened to me in 2015? My AGI that year was $105,000, but my earned income was only about $60,000.

i think one very important thing to realize in the beginning is that women cant have an inside view of masculinity and men no inside view of femininity. were just fundamentally different. we can argue about role models etc, but that is built on top of the experience.

I’m not wanted in my parents house so I can finish my bachelor degree because my oldest is high functioning autistic and challenge to get her to clean up after herself! Yeah, I’d love to power through my education to get my bachelor’s degree but my mom has a rotten controlling heart who didn’t want to help me to begin with. I hate that my dad has to walk on eggshells around my mom though he’s the one providing all the financial means for her to live like a privileged Karen where she is super critical and complains so much, even over which purse to wear! I’ve been in serious conflict, move out and finish my bachelor’s degree slowly and go “no-contact” with my mom who no longer cares or stay at my parents and power through to get my degree in December this year - striving to ignore the toxic relationship my parents have. I fear her unnecessary frequent stress over many little things is what’s aging my dad so much!!! I’ll cry over his loss but not my mom except that she chose selfishness over utilizing her talents to help others!

My daughter shut down. Then after he left he acted like he was pushing for her to talk to someone when it was his toxicity that caused it. So twisted when she had to keep going to stay with him every other weekend. She’s coming out of it thank god. To live in such chaos then be forced to talk to him about what’s wrong and what can he do. She would tell me he keeps asking me but how do I say it’s him. There’s nothing to do. It’s him. So glad we have ended it. But it’s bever really ended is it. Thank you! Love your videos 💖

Although Parallel parenting, it is also very important that you give age appropriate truth to your child. This will sound like you are criticising the other parent so it is important to state the truth without labelling the other parent. “This is what is going on…” instead of “No that’s a lie…”

How can you prevent the ex from wrecking your life? I don't think most people want to walk away from their children - they want to separate themselves financially and permanently from the ex who has made the act of parenting impossible and sucked any joy right out of it. It's hard to have a bond with your child when they are constantly being weaponized against you by the other parent. But unfortunately, as in the case of single mothers, the legal system supports them and rewards them for doing that!

My husband has refused for our entire marriage to discuss finances with me as our philosophies are worlds apart. I would have left him long ago, but I've had a series of health problems, including cancer. While I have battled chronic pain and multiple surgeries, he has taken over all bill paying. Now that we are divorcing, I find our finances are in shambles, including 3 decades of IRS debt. I have not seen or signed tax returns for at least ten years. He uses my electronic signature, apparently. How much of this debt will I have to share? His abuse has gotten worse and worse until it reached the physical - which is when I said, no more - in spite of my physical ailments. I'm told by my neurosurgeon that ongoing stress can delay healing and, wow, after several months being separated, my pain has drastically reduced. Now I'm wondering if his abuse and the pain it has caused might be taken into account by the court concerning my debt responsibility?

3:10 For recording someone: Georgia is a one party consent state. Illinois is a two party consent state. This means it is a felony to record someone without their consent in their private residence. In fact, I believe in all states, you cannot record someone in their OWN HOME without their knowledge or permission. In Illinois, my wife purposely picked fights with me. Little did I know that she had been recording me. Some idoit family "friend" coached her into doing this. So, not only did my wife commit felony eavesdropping, her friend may also be culpable for acting as principal in eavesdropping. See 720 ILC 5/14-1 for my wife and 720 ILCS 5/14-1 (c) (2) for the friend.

We need federal laws to change!!! Single women don’t need anything done to get rights and time with their children that took TWO to create

He so wants this house. Its in my name and worth $600k. Id give it if he asks no alimony, no retirement/benefits, enough for a downpayment and a mortgage equal to what im paying now. W/ current interest rates, im taking on double the APR. Give me enough for a $2k mortgage out the door or enough to buy a low $300k house cash. Ill cover child under my healthcare. We split kids tuition. Kid has 3 years til 18 so thats not a big obligation. He can have 90% of items in the house. I feel this is super fare.
