We work with a quantity surveyer who helps us price projects like this, there are online estimating companies where you can share the drawings and a project summary and they will give you a budget estimate for around £300.

Over the past 30 years I have had to start again a few times, one thing I have never done is give up on my dreams & goals. The beauty about social media and smart phones you can start a new business very quickly without much money, all you need is that magical motivation & drive. JUST GO FOR IT.

This isn't uncommon; identity theft happens all the time on social media. don't start relationships online with strangers without carrying out meaningful background checks.

Yes you are my background check. I did a reverse image on social catfish and found you and I was so confused bc he really knows your business but once rec response from you, it bc clear. I only knew him for 3 days so it hasn’t gone far. I am an acct do I had a gut feeling something was wrong. I am so grateful you were willing to respond. I cannot thank you enough.
