The light seems t point down towards the top the truck much more than it can point upwards - is this video showing the maximum upward rotation of the light?

i have a few questions I want to use some like this to change my 24 volt battery powered lawn mower into a corded one and my 24v tools in corded ones just make double duty out of these item so they can be corded when I have access and be battery power when they are not. do you think this will work sir?

what??...the lights are totally bad ass for spotting in woods..trucks...farm tractors..boats are the best use..things work like a dream.
