Basically cooking them in the boiling water takes away a lot of the health benefits. I do the same expect putting them in boiling water.

Just add water, squeeze one slice in the water and add the rest of the cucumbers. There is no beneficial reason to do boiling water. Matter of fact, you may be diminish the mineral content and enzymatic action by using boiling water. Also, you get to enjoy it instantly by adding directly to room temp water and squeezing a slice in.

Look at God. Just last night, right before i fell asleep, i thought to myself, "My next braid install. i wonder if i could inly use shea butter." I dont use gel in my hair at all because i break out, and when i come to youtube, this is one of the first videos recommended to me.
