Good afternoon, can you help me with this problem.I have a 10 kw 3 phase Deye inverter.I connect a 7 kW car charger, one phase.12kW solar panels (there is a lot of output, the inverter at the same time reduces the power of the panels).In this case, the following happens:the production of panels goes to zero, pulls 6kW from the battery (200Ah charged) and 1kW from the city network.Previously, I did not take it from the city network when charging the car.Is there something wrong with the inverter settings?

when connected to grid but you have pv and batterie connected what will happen if there is a power outage ? will the inverter go through 0 for a few seconds ?

Anything connected to the LOAD port will keep working as if nothing happened (as long as you have enough solar production / battery charge to take on the demand), this inverter will immediately isolate itself from the grid and perform the transfer to ups mode in ms, it's quite impressive. However, keep in mind that the LOAD port is only meant to power type II electronic devices when working off-grid (ups mode). This is because it switches to a floating neutral configuration, which has no earth reference. In this configuration, RCDs won't trip and some devices won't work. If you want it to power type I electronic devices safely and want your RCDs to work when in ups mode, you need to add an external contactor connected to the inverter's ATS port, to perform a neutral-earth bond (only when off-grid). Sunsynk made a couple of videos about it, check them out.

Good morning I have a deye 5kw hybrid inverter (Model Number: SUN-5K-SG03LP1-EU) and 8 solar panels (Vmp=40v, Imp=12.9A, Pmax=545w). if I connect 8 solar panels in series on a single MPPT (8*40=320v, 8*545=4360w on 1 mppt) the total is 4360w. a single MPPT can accept and produce 4360w or it is limited to 6500/2=3250w . or should I connect them: 8 solar panels in series (8*40=320v, 8*545=4360w) then in parallel on the 2 MPPTs at the same time. No, it needs to be plugged exactly in this way. It may look as a standard network cable but the ends are specific to the ports of the inverter and battery.

For those who get this type of bulb and the light appears to be blue: If the light goes blue that is normal that means it hasn't been connected with the right setting. In 'add manually' click on what type you use. Then flick the light on three times, then the light will rapidly flash white, then press connect and then you'll be able to adjust it to whatever you want.
