Just this concert is enough proof that those (then) girls were more metal than the majority of bands out there. Having had those accidents and still keep on going, doing THOSE kinds of choreos? That's metal AF!

this reaffirms my belief that yui left due to complications after her fall off the stage. these girls were very young,small and fragile. for them to continue after their accidents was the mark of true pros. their commitment to their art (and dancing is an art,especially what they do) is remarkable. moa was more fortunate than yui in being able to fully recover from her slip and fall. from what i understand yui fell 8 feet off the stage,so i imagine her injury was more substantial. even still she continued performing shows for as long as she was able,or until she was advised to stop. as sad as it was for fans to hear she was retiring from babymetal it was probably devastating for her. i hope she is happy and successful in whatever she pursues in life.

how does this only have 31K views?? i put this up with any professionally shot and edited live video of them on youtube. if you want to feel what it was like back when they were struggling to get recognition,this is it,and i mean that in the best possible way. going from venues like this to the tokyo dome and budakan is like the beatles going from the cavern club to the ed sullivan show. thank goodness they kept going and built their loyal fanbase from the ground up.

@@Ricc-eu4xm I recently tried to work on that, found all the old files and original editing files, I'm in the process of putting all of it through an AI upscaler to see if I can restore some of the quality back! It's gonna take some times, so I can't say when it'll be ready, and also it might probably be taken down as soon as I upload it, but I'll try! And if it doesn't work out I'll try to put a download link somewhere :)

Everything you say is 100% crap. She is not asking Moa if she's ok. These are the same head movements they do EVERY TIME they perform the song. Just like when you said in a previous video that Su was checking on Yui after she fell during Headbanger. Again, it's the exact same movements they make every time they perform Headbanger. What you're doing is called "Revisionist History". Look it up kid. Get educated.

This stage was unsafe, Yui fell off & Moa slipped and nearly fell off as well. I wish they never had to perform here.

What no-one ever talks about is how she performed a full show the very next night after this injury- with no apparent discomfort. They novocained the fuck out of that knee and that is the only real answer- but let's not dispel the naive illusion these weeaboo losers have surrounding this group.

These ladies are professional. That stage wasn't the best for them that night but they fought through and finished the show. Moa and Yui would have been battling pain, fatigue and fighting to hold back tears. People don't understand how difficult performing is. I did a 4 week tour and I felt beat up. This band is doing shows all year round. They're tougher than they look.

I saw in another round of footage from this concert that at the beginning of the 2nd verse (when Moa was kneeling along with Yui), Moa's left leg buckled and went limp due to a pulled muscle she suffered, so when she tried to get up at the end of that sequence, she could barely put any sort of pressure on her left leg, that's why she was limping around a lot while dancing.
