Well said. My local club is really concerned with bring in younger people. I'm the editor of the club monthly publication, which tends to be 60-80 pages. I mention the size of the publication because the majority of the articles and info are geared towards things younger hams are interested in. I love new tech and use a Xeigu G90 a lot. However, my primary base rig is a Ten Tec Corsair from 1983 that I restored. Our club was going to junk it and I didn't have the money for a 100 Watt rig. I learned a lot about electronics working on the Ten Tec and like it's simple controls. I like talking to people rather than digital and love DXing. While I haven't tried any of the digital modes, I think it's great if it brings people enjoyment. There is room for everyone. You are so right, unless we bring those numbers up we could lose our privileges. I'm 63 years old and I used to be the "kid" at our club. Now we got members as young as 18. Great information! Thanks you for another informative video. I try to acquire old TV antennas for the parts because I'm semi retired and have to stretch a dollar when I can. Regarding the CB antennas, I got a long hand held adjustable CB antenna and have used it successfully on other bands. What got me into this hobby was the experimenting and building part. There is nothing more satisfying than coming up with an idea, building it, and then (after a lot of fiddling around) see it work. Thanks again for the video...73...KN6KNB
