I used nippon paints drop sheet for covering furniture.

By right they won't but if you check with the contractor if you could pay them a small amount to help install they might help.

I think there's a few options such as PVC and copper. We didn't change our existing pipes as it's still doing fine.

Hi there! Yes, they put up the poles to hold the plastic sheet barrier to minimize the dust entering. It's still dusty but better than not having it. You should still cover your items with the plastic drop sheet i mentioned in the video, minimize your cleaning by alot.

Thank you! I remained staying in the house, we just occupy the common rooms and seal the gaps of the door well during the reno period to minimize dust. Wore slippers outside of the room because the main areas will be super dusty. We didn't have the portable toilet (that pic was for demo) due to blockage of walkway issue for the construction guys, so we got no choice but to use the public toilets downstairs.

@@CharmaineLara TQVM for the reply. My house upgrading middle of April 2022. We didn't opt for the portable toilet because cannot put outside our house (I don't want portable toilet to be inside my house because too many people used before) Your block lucky because your main grille gate got the only leaves design with vertical bar which I like but our side don't have. So no other choice but to get the horizontal bar design.

Actually i noticed some estate lately have nicer and more modern gate designs, even their toilet wall tiled are bigger and nicer! Ultimately it depends on the contractor i guess. Remember to seal your items well with the plastic drop sheet and masking tape, you'll be cleaning your house alot for the 1st week after reno! Best time to throw away items you're not using. Oh another tip, we left wet towel below our closed room door gap to trap dust during the hacking, minimize cleaning inside the rooms we staying in.

@@CharmaineLara TQVM for the wet towels tips, wear slippers etc. I intend to save some water in pails at home. Just in case need to use. I have been packing stuff in boxes and also clearing unwanted things weeks ago. Minimalist the best That means 10 days also inconvenient to wash clothes too.

@@linok7317 yeah, luckily we had a laundry shop just 2 blocks away so it was not too bad.

Hi there, 1. Only the wash basin comes with tap 2. It's not provided but you can request, speak to the contractor, a fee may be payable. 3. It's not included but you can request, a fee may be payable. They helped to fixed the heater back in place. The rest of the installation was done by my husband.
