His relationship with this kid doesn't prove that he is the biological father. DNA proves that who inseminated her egg is the biological father. I hope that DNA be mandatory after birth of every child regardless of married parents or not. With this it paternity fraud will stop, also the court will stop sending innocent men to prison for someone else's child and also stopping the court from harassing innocent men.
