I also bought Herdez but now I'm thinking about making my own. Because it's such a valuable sauce and I am trying to cook with more produce.

Thank you for this! Chuy's cut their menu during covid and never brought it back. I loved the Southwest Chicken Enchlidas and now they're gone forever

You can take the ground beef out of the package, put it on a cutting board and chop from side to side, top to bottom with a cleaver a few times to break up the big lumps. If you want you could actually put the seasonings on the meat before you chop to mix it in.

American cheese is ridiculously good in some sauces. I used to make a spaghetti sauce with America cheese melted in it. Super good.

Chuys is horrible. At least in Texas. They used to have a good happy hour appetizer bar. Nothing good now.

I will definitely make the potato flautas. Thx. And... as for u over stuffing them...my granddaughter talked me into buying frozen already prepared chicken flautas from the store, and one of yours have as much ingredients as 10 or more from that box! 😮

I stay in Georgia, the only boom boom sauce I had was from a seafood restaurant. It’s a little sweet and spicy and go so good with fried or any seafood

Funny how you can make a good steak but when I go to the restaurant they completely butcher my steak and it comes out like a brick. That's why I don't order them anymore

It's not the way they typically made spaghetti but when the neighborhood Italian women got the big electric roasters out for a mostaccioli benefit, this is exactly how they did it. It's a great system for catering a large group.

We use to make These with the .89 can of biscuits because it was guaranteed we were going to at least burn up three or four of them👀😜 so I suggest using Grands Brand after you mastered not burning them and making sure they’re cooked all the way through! Simple cream cheese, frosting, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and a little bit of milk. Yum. You could even add some vanilla or lemon extract or strawberries🙃

I've been making your rolls for quite a long time now! I've always done it by kneading the dough. I've tried twice with a stand mixer, and it's a disaster. Im so sad. I must be doing something wrong.

Chuy's is the only good food to come out of shitstain Austin. It's New Mexican style food so it isn't what you expect. Stacked enchiladas, a lot of hatch green Chiles. Pretty goof stuff, nothing special.
