Why does the commentator say Lynette Woodard owns the all-time college scoring record when it's Pearl Moore?

This game was Nearly Perfect for the Hawkeyes in every possible detail, the amazing passes, the almost flawless defence, the Neat Three Shooting from the start, Coordination and the Great Rebounding, it kind of reminds me of a Chicago Bulls Game Finals from the 1990's with Jordan, Pippen, Kirk and Rodman... And Caitlin Clark Doing the Job of ALL FOUR..!! I Wish her super success, Lots of Health and A Long Life... Thank you Cait & To Your Girls Team for giving us back the excitement, Joy and the Love back for the game..!! You're AWESOME..!!! (I was gonna comment on the bell "player" that got ejected but in all honesty, I don't have time or energy to waste on Losers... Good bye & fade into obscurity...)

I hope Fair makes a WNBA roster next season. That game of hers is wet and could make a team winner.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed this, but Clark played very poor defense throughout - as in very little of it. Parrish had way too much of a lane on the offensive rebound in the second quarter, and she was basically holding in the key for most of it. Plus, on the Parrish three to make it 59-42 in the third, Clark's walking back. I know it's not her primary job, but surely she could have done *something.* Iowa might still lose, but they probably make it closer.

That is what I call TEAM WORK & SUPPORT for Caitlin Clark, Not the Biatches in Indiana that our Star Girl got assigned with in the WNBA... Imagine kicking out a Team with a streak of 42 Games just to be sweap away by Iowa's True Camaraderie. This Amazing Iowa Team should've been transfered UNTOUCHED & UNCHANGED Straight to the WNBA Without a Single player changed but... What did Clark got when transfered to the WNBA..?? Garbage!!

Just to correct what the TV commentator said: CC22 does not hold the all-time *women's college basketball* points record; although she holds the all-time *NCAA* women's basketball record, the overall record is held by a woman called *Pearl Moore,* who in the 1970s, in her college career consisting of 128 games *when there was no 3 point line,* scored 4061. I don't want to take anything away from Caitlin, watching her play is as satisfying as a Sunday roast or watching an Apollo launch - but Pearl Moore should not be forgotten either.

Pistol Pete has the record for the most point in three years of college ball. Freshman could not play in the varsity squad. Caitlan is another special person. Can't imagine being that good at any level, man or woman. She might be the only woman who could play in the NBA. She is the Larry Legend of college ball.

Tennesse's Head coach is the main culprit for their crumbling in the final 1.1s...unforgivable. Nobody guarded either Raven Johnson or Kamilla Cardoso. They forgot the basics of basketball...guarding against opponents.

This was the most impressive come back and most impressive buzzer beater in the World basketball history, because Kamilla Cardoso had never made a 3 pointer in her NCAA career until that moment.

Tenesse were up by 2 with 3.7s left, and they still had 2 Free Throws...In other words, they had the game in their pockets... Then, with 1.1s left, they threw away the game(and the tournament) in the garbage bin.

I love seeing the Iowa starters sitting on the bench reacting & cheer for the players that don't get as much time &/or most of whom will be the team next year going forward showing what they can do. Unfortunately, it's a sport that limited spots at any one time so like many times Iowa & even LSU or SOuth Carolina have great talent or potential that can't always get a chance to shine. Its awesome when they do though & its awesome when the stars react & cheer. So encouraging & start sportsmanship. You don't see that in the wnba or nba or the nfl or mlb even in blowout games. I wish considered the lead difference that some of the Northwestern bench got more time to play but I get it. It's still a game that counts & putting subs in could hurt things.

I'm looking forward to see what the remaining & new freshman players for Iowa can do next season. I know it would be the same as with Clark Martin & Marshall but Stuelke & McCabe & the rest of the Iowa returning should still be something to see. the women's basketball is far better then the mens & way better then the nba games & the wnba will be worth watching now. wnba & nba have been for far to long about egos & slow paced with the exception of a few ball hogs hopefully things pick up & in the college women's game hopefully they keep it entertaining & exciting not slowing it down like in the lazy pros.

At one point, Hannah has the ball, near the rim, and she's close to a record: what does she do? She passes to a teammate who has a better shot. Cool.
