Chechens appeared in the Caucasus only 250 years ago in the form of a Russian project to divide the world's oldest Ingush (or Ghalghay) people into parts. Thus, Cheсhen is a baby tribe compared to other nations. The formation of the Chechen tribes took place in 3 stages: 1) Migration in the 16th century of some Ingush (or Ghalghay) teips to the East, where they began to be called Loamaroy or Tavlintsy in Kumyk. This place is called Ichkeria in Turkic (Vedenskaya and Nozhai-Yurt regions of modern Chechnya). 2) The migration of the Avars to the West in the 17th century and the foundation by the Avar Khan Turlov of the village of Chechen-aul (Chachan) - the capital of his Avar Khanate - south of modern Grozny. The settlement of the region by Cossacks, Kumyks, mountain Jews (tats) Avars, deserted Russian soldiers, Nogais, Georgians, Circassians. They began to be called Chachans. 3) Descent from the mountains of the Ingush-Loamara (Tavlintsy) and their mixing with the Chachans of the plane. At the same time, fugitives and criminals from all over the world are being accepted into the Chachan society following Chechen custom of “Stubina vosh”, including Russians and Cossacks, who get chechenized over time. As a result, today we have modern Chechens. Next comes the chechenization of these peoples, largely due to the promiscuity of tsarist officials and generals, who called everyone by this name indiscriminately for their own convenience. The fact is that the name "Ingush" in the 18th century has not yet taken root, and the name "G1alg1ay" is difficult to pronounce in Russian and European languages. The word "Chechen" is easy to pronounce. For this banal reason, the Russians began to call the Ingush (or Ghalghay) as Chechens. And as you know from the fable about the lion, if you call a lion a donkey for a long time, then he will eventually start sounding like a donkey. This apparently happened to the Ingush (or Ghalghay) living in Ichkeria and on the territory of modern Achkhoi-Martan, Urus-Martan, Nadterechny, Itum-Kalinsky, Shatoisky, Sharoisky, Galay-Chozhsky and Grozny regions, which are the national territories of the Ingush (or Ghalghay). And modern Chechens are thus non-purebred Ingush (or Ghalghay). In fact, these are chechenized Ingush (or Ghalghay). The Chechenization of the Ingush continues to this day through the efforts of Russia.

Stop saying anything. There is no proof of what you say. Your speech is completely incoherent. The Chechens are among the oldest people in the Caucasus region. I advise you to see on Wikipedia On the origin of the Chechen population.

The Chechens did not exist till 17-18-th century. Seriously, can you find any historical document or map dated earlier than 1700 year where the Chechens are mentioned? I don't think its possible. For example if you google and check 1855 Atlas Map of Turkey by famous American cartographer Joseph Hutchins Colton (July 5, 1800 - July 29, 1893), you'll find that entire territory of modern Ingushetia and Chechnya is marked as "Gelia" and there is no any kind of Chechnya there. Gelians - is one of ancient names for Galgai (Ingush) people. The word “Chechen” itself according to some authors has Mongol-Turkic roots and has nothing with Caucasus. Modern Chechen people is a mixture from very different ethnic groups: - Galgai (Ingushians) - Nogais - Kumyks - Cossacks - Avars - etc. They speak some sort of Ingushian language with strong Turkic, Avar and others influence. Looks like we can say that there are two kinds of Ingush (Galgai) language: 1. Ingushian Galgai Language (main language) 2. Chechen Galgai Language (new one, derived from main one). Comparable to English: 1. British English (main language) 2. American English (new one, derived from main one. Anyway, there is no such an ethnicity as Chechen, that is why everyone can say anything about Chechens and that would not be traceable. The Chechens is a project of Russia from very beginning. It is even not about ethnicity, it is about territory, like Russia as well. Or Dagestan. There is no such an ethnicity as Dagestani since Dagestan is a territory inhabitated by more than 30 different ethnic groups. Everyone can become Chechen like everyone can become American. You just need to move to Chechnya and learn some language. As did Italian Giovanni Battista Boetti who easily became Chechen hero under the name of Sheikh Mansur. One of the versions of Mansur's origins revolves around the 1876 discovery by a professor in Turin, Italy, of a collection of letters allegedly written by Mansur to the professor's father. In them, Sheikh Mansur revealed that he was in reality an Italian called Giovanni Battista Boetti, born in Camino (Monferrato, Piedmont) on June 2, 1743. In the early 1770s, Boetti entered the Dominican Order and was sent as a missionary to Mosul, where his love affair with a daughter of the local pasha caused a scandal. The last traces of Boetti date to 1780, after which year he vanishes. The letters allege Boetti subsequently converted to Islam, traveled to the Caucasus, and (under the name of Mansur) became a leader of that region's fight for independence against Russia. This sample shows how easy to become Chechen. But Ingush nation is very different. We are very ancient people and we don’t mix with other nations.

@@ii4946 If in your opinion the Chechen are a mixture of Turkish, Mongolian, Avar etc. So why the Chechen and Ingush languages are similar? And also the Chechen ancestors (Dzurdzuk) are mentioned in Georgian texts dating back to medieval times. According to Johanna Nichols, the Chechen and Ingush descend from a civilization called Urartu, this has been proven by genetic testing. This means that the Ingush and Chechen are genetically related and have their same ancestor. Then again Mansur, an Italian??! I hope your speech is a joke because it's ridiculous. Mansur was born in the aul of Aldy near the Sunja River. Honestly, tell me where you got this information. Because your speech makes no sense. Why are the Ingush and the Avars people of the Caucasus while the Chechens are not while Chechnya lies between Ingushetia and the lands of the Avars. There is no evidence that Chechens are a mixture of everything. And do not forget that the main ancestor of the Ingush and Chechens is Vainakh.

@@burtukalbaranov6998 Stop lying and misleading people. Dzurdzuks are mentioned in Georgian texts and maps as one of Ingush (Gligvi) societies (shahars). Dzurdzuks have nothing to do with a Dagestanian tribe called Chachans. The rest of my answer is in my previous posts. Happy reading to you!
