Wanting to feel strong in my body again. I truly believe that, for me the best approach is calisthenics and using my rebounder. I just turned 54, had a complete hysterectomy atvage 27. Didn't use hrt until about 3 years ago. I had to ditched hrt last year because I didn't feel any benefits.

It is annoying when regular coaches try to bring us back to be just like men even when they are interviewing an expert 😢

How does hormone replacement therapy fit in with the idea that having estrogen can help build muscle? should older women over 65 or over 70 take estring to help build muscle?

Good stuff. Very helpful, especially regarding fueling and menopause. I’ve read Dr. Sims’ books and changed my post-workout fueling because of them. It has made big difference.

Amazing interview. I do think the title does not do the interview justice. It’s too new agey. It’s more: “Courtney’s advice on how to be a great athlete”

I think that's interesting how she values doing less and giving it your all. I guess I like balance and pursuing different interests, but I've ended up becoming a jack of all trades, but not am expert in anything.

Great video thank you. Do you have a key workout you do leading into an Ironman that is a good gauge of where your capabilities is truly at. ( Example may be something like 6 x 30 min @ 70% ftp) This may not even be a good example but hoping you get what I’m shooting for. Thank you for your input.

What a great interview. No bullshit, no superficial pleasantries, just deep questions and sincere responses. We need more of this style, of keeping things real. It's relatable. Thank you! Courtney, I think of you when I run 😆🌻🤸I run for the same reasons as you, to experience my potential

Hey chris, thanks for finally getting a good perspective on the keto type diet and how endurance athletes definitely need carbs for fuel at the same time. There are so many studies out there done on sedentary people that really don't apply to the well-trained endurance athlete
