I guess it's too much for you guys to get out and walk the flight line. Like the homebuilt parking area. 4 hours of talk. At a fly-in. Somehow that seems like something to do before or after a fly-in.

The best interview was the United Airlines Capt giving her view points on how “Airbus” is trying to make their aircraft single seat operations and how dangerous that will be.
Awesome job to Kaylee, the crew and the Flying Media team!

As a private pilot getting my license in the 1980s spin recovery wasn’t a required maneuver. But my instructor asked if I wanted to learn anyway. I said yes. You never know. It’s one thing to be in the airplane performing the spin and recovery but was great seeing it from above. Thanks.

I want to believe in this company but its very quiet. This should easily be no 3 after likium and joby but its just dead silent for years so im worried this will go no where.

It was developed as a result of flight testing to develop a procedure for recovering from the superstall condition to which the Draken was particularly prone. Other aircraft may have a tendency to enter superstall but the Draken's double delta made the stall severe. During the testing commencing at 15,000 metres in a dual seat Draken the succesful recovery was achieved at 500 metres. One of the pilots said in a later interview "It was quite interesting really".

You have so much control authority in these things, there's no excuse for losing so much altitude in a recovery! If it was a student, the cfi should've taken over more quickly!

Obviously these jets will generally be fitted out with bespoke interiors, but this is horrible. It looks really, really cheap - as one commenter above said, like a Holiday Inn Express room. They clearly wanted to do something ‘new’ compared to the typical ‘private jet’ look, but this is change for its own sake and looks dreadful. For $75 million I imagine a lot of prospective buyers are completely turned off by this. They’re calling it ‘the penthouse of the skies’ and clearly were aiming for a more ‘residential’ feel, but it looks like a public library. And those chairs might feel good, but they *look* supremely uncomfortable. What a misfire 😂

have a look @ his Wikipedia info en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Rice_(soldier). Ran across a video debunking his jump in 2024 at 97 (video was really 2019) "Who is SGT Tom Rice?" i question. Digging led me to a few places. Probably petty at best, but he didn't need help out the plane. Jump Wings, 2 Combat drops, Pearl Harbor before all that. Bastard of Bastogne. Screaming mother@#@# eagle. They didn't get much tougher even @ 97. RIP Sergeant Rice, you fookin earned it!

A high altitude stall to spin is really bad flying and rare. Most stalls occur during landing when you over shoot final from base and use the rudder to correct ( instead of going around) which can easily stall and spin the plane - unfortunately -- no matter what is done you do not have the altitude to recover.

Some of the early scenes are from the video "Huey Helicopter, The Mission. Jack McCormack flying and the trees in autumn. That video was recorded and has a lower audio quality. But somehow it is the only version you can get on KZfaq.

I recall seeing another youtube video with similar footage of the Legacy Chapters Huey, Lucky Star 624, coming in over trees and flying low over a pasture. Then it hovered in front of the camera. All the guys were in flight suits so it wasnt a rides video. It must have been a promo. Maybe its your footage not used here but in another video. Same fly into pasture but from side view and same hover shot but from farther distance. Can you let me know where to view it?
