We both do the one thing we love diecast collecting I’ve started watching your channel from the beginning. I wanted to see where you were going. It wasn’t long before I saw how serious you were and also entertaining at the same time so when you talked about trying to make a night, writer car talk I had forgotten about the one I bought years ago, thanks to you. I dug it up. We’re all in this together. It’s things like this to bring people together and make the world a better place you don’t have to do nothing special for me. Yeah, I do like the way my collection is turned out @73yrs old you younger collectors have to remember I’ve been at this for over 40yrs and I’ve been modeling from the age of 9yrs old of course I had to raise a family somewhere in between that I think the good Lord that turned out well and now I just try and enjoy modeling. Why I’d be glad to tell you I go to Nicholas Smith Trains 🚂 2343 West Chester Pike Broomall, PA 19008 (610) 353-8585 This is a Hobby Store. They sell a lot of models and other stuff and you just have to be there at the right time to maybe find a diecast car but it’s always worth the ride. I’ll let you in on a secret. One of the employees is retiring and he’s the one that looked out for me , I hate to see him go but it’s a great place to visit and shop. I hope to meet you up there sometime he’s the one that buys diecast collections from Lydia say people that pass so I don’t know if that process will continue. I think it will enjoy your weekend. Hey my friend thank you the fact that you would check on me just tells me diecast people are the best!!🤣🤣👍🏿. But I’m hanging in there I’m gonna take time to make a video I’ve been working hard on the collection DUST & DUST I got so fed up I had gotten lazy and it showed so was time to get busy. I also decided to rearrange some shelves. I added a couple of shelves and a few lights and once you start that project it takes on a life of its own lol I hope you understand that, since I have two rooms I was working in the military room as well trying to put that back so I can talk about that room too and there you have it as far as my health goes. I’m not gonna have the operation I’ll Explain that in the video, but it’s nice to hear from somebodyand believe me you’re the first to check on me. In my time, I’ve seen several collections of just hearse’s I do know that in1/18 scale models there are a lot of good looking ones out there for you to collect but let me tell you they are expensive the more detail the more expensive they are so just be prepared and take your time. I think if I go back up to my hobby shop, I think I might be able to get one or two of them. They still have up there you’re not gonna believe me, but for under 100 bucks if it’s available I’ll let you know, but I can’t get up there right away maybe by the end of the week see what happens. I’m not gonna say all diecast models are made in China but 99% of them are well may that figure might be a little high but you made me look and so far it’s China. I do know there is some made in Italy, I’m sure Taiwan,and for sure Japan but at the end of the day China wins I hope this little bit of information helps you understand. This hobby is a very big one and I’m sure that this is a billion dollar a year industry but it would be nice if some are made in the USA but I’m not sure. That’s a good question let me think 1st was a 64 Chevy Malibu then a 65 Buick Wildcat then a believe it or not a 74 Ford maverick Chrysler, New Yorker then I became a father and a family man and I had a variety of cars but thanks for taking me down memory lane👍🏿 the one thing I would like to add is my 19 foot bass boat with a force 50 outboard two live Welles and a trolling motor.
