God, even after so long. Coming back to this video brings me back. Even though it was just earlier this year when I got into Disco Elysium. Time passed and stuff has changed, found out I've had undiagnosed ADHD for most of my life, I fell in love with; never properly expressed my feelings for; cried about/around a girl who I still think about and am currently hitting the tail end of my schooling. 18 years doesn't feel long but it isn't short either, I've learnt so much but that includes the scale of knowledge being so much larger than I thought. Feelings, dreams, friends and so much more I've experienced all in this time. All coming back to this video, this game, this song. Still magnificent. Hope you're well.

This is a phenomenal tribute to the Hero of Legend. And seen through Zelda it takes on a whole other meaning! I hope to GOD we get Oracle of Secrets someday so we can see how that story ends, but until then, Echoes of Wisdom will have to do! Wonderful work! I love it!

This is just an appreciation comment and its gonna be really long bc this video means so much to me now I love it so much anYWAYS- It’s my absolute favorite when there’s stuff going on without any lyrics to guide. The Oh Hellos are so great at painting a picture with literally just their goddamn vocals, like it's actually crazy. Your backgrounds are so beautiful, the picture of the willow tree atop a cliff above everything else among the clouds but just a lil alone. It’s nice and calming and a wonderful picture. The patch of flowers the zombie emerges from makes me feel like it had died in a good place (physically or mentally) and that’s just really beautiful. (I’m gonna be using “beautiful” and “wonderful” a lot here, so just brace yourself.) Also can I just say the zombie is so so beautiful I am in love with them, their hair is so beautiful. And the birds are also so so beautiful!!!! Their design is so carefully drawn with such visible structure with barely any details it’s making me go insane I love birds. Their motion is animated so well too, I love how the background moves as well to show the camera moving AUGHHH IT’S SO GOOD!!!!!! I’m not for sure what the girl at the end represents as the new variable in the zombie’s new life but I’d like to think that the way she lines up with the lyrics that she is the beauty the zombie found upon returning to life… but not the cause of returning the life, iykwim. Like the one who made life worth living. Because that’s “the way of things” and she’s the “beauty in the way of things” IDK I LIKE HOW POETIC IT SOUNDS IN MY HEAD idk if it’s right but idk IDK. Anyways I read the description and I almost died. Your words are so poetic and beautiful even if they’re talking about a very. depressing topic. It’s just so awesome how you want to just. push through it. Like a champ. I envy that, it’s really cool and I don’t want to claim that I “get it”, so I’m gonna just egotistically talk about my own experience and say your persistence is much better than my ignorance.
