My forearms are massive and I don’t do any specific training for them, just do everything slow up-slow down or vice versa and you will get big forearms.

i hope this is a serious question, you can't have big biceps within a month, it usually takes 3 months to see a difference, im gonna make it clear "TO SEE A DIFFERENCE" so no even after 3 months you won't get big muscles but you will see some difference in appearance and strength, after 1 year of consistent hard training, then you will get a big difference and every person you know and meet will think "this guy have good body" edit. if you are obsessed or a very skinny person then it would take longer

Why do you need all these exercises? You can stick to classic barbell wrist curls and hammer curls, while also incorporating hand gripping and calisthenics. These are more than enough to build big and strong forearms.

1. Why not standing tricep extension to gain greater stretch. 2. Ok dips 3. Does the grip have to be underhand? 4. Ok diamond push
