This is wrong though, if you roll an object it will grow towards the outside not inside. Also when you roll it out it would lose layers from outside in not inside out

Very thick blade and no edge? Other than that it looks really good! Good idea to use a cylinder for the blade, with the edges and all. Depending on what cross-section you want on the blade you could also use a cube and flaten it diagonally to make a diamond shaped or hollowground cross-section! :)

bruv, using a cylinder for the blade to place edges on both sides is low key genius and a much more efficient than taking a plane or cube and trying to merge things to get the exact same edge shape lol

Do you know how to bevel and scale the edge at the same time so the mesh doesn't intersect in Cinema 4D?

you do know that you could've just duplicated one sculpted face instead of sculpting all of the four of them manually, right? you would get more accurate results that way, too.

In the last mix shader where you put the factor to 1, you remove all the Layer Weight, Diffuse BSDF, Glossy BSDF nodes and only have the output of the Glass BSDF. The final result is the same as the Glass BSDF connected to Material Output and nothing else. Same in the Wine material, you don't have to change the color of the Diffuse BSDF because it's not coming through the Mix Shader. The rest of the tutorial was good :)
