First of all, thanks for watching and commenting. It was a full flight, most pax not willing to swap as its a long flight and everyone looks out for their comfort, so the family had to sit separate but in pairs. The crew tried their best though. Good catch you noticed that situation!

i would say im 5 cm shy of being 6 feet tall, so im pretty tall with long legs LOL. Actually the seat and legroom were very very comfy even for that 15 hr flight, and the A350 seats are also wider so even more comfort.

All the meals and drinks are included in your ticket. Etihad is a full service carrier/airline, so no need to worry.

Etihad and Emirates use JFK Terminal 4 .

No No, there are 2 meal services and one snack service with endless drinks. I skipped the 2 nd meal as i was quite full. 😅😅

ooohh la la!! Nice!! Yes, the A350-1000 by Etihad is a very great option for the long haul flight, and you also enjoyed it. Its a quiet aircraft thats why many people like it. But, be prepared, when you fly the Emirates A380 aircraft, no other aircraft will ever impress you, its really that good, especially the ones with the new seats and inflight entertainment. when you fly to the US from Abudhabi, you have to go through the CBP, there is no other way! as for time required, it sometimes gets very busy with long lines, so i would suggest you head straight to immigration, get cleared through and relax on the other side before your flight.

Thank you for watching. When you clear customs in Abu Dhabi, you get pre-clearance when you arrive in the US, you dont go through customs/immigration again, you just proceed to collect your baggage. Also, its very very strict, and its strictly prohibited to film in some areas, thats why i couldnt film in there. Hope that helped. also please subscribe, it would really help me alot!

It depends on the day to day. sometimes they have strict restrictions on baggage, as maybe they have a full flight and full cargo in the belly, so in this instance strict baggage regulations will be implemented. Also sometimes, there is not too much cargo, so they just allow even if overweight by 5 kgs. i would advise you to stick with the allowed weight just to be safe.

@@duaneowens7777 as i said, there isnt a definite one answer, just stick to the weight limitations, and if you need to bring extra bags, contact them for more info. Ive never been over the limit, so ive never had any problems.

as a general rule of thumb with a back pack, it will be allowed as long as it can fit under the seat infront of you, and the cabin baggage isnt weighed, as long as its not obviously huge. With premium carriers in middle east, they are not crazy strict with baggage.

The customer service is actually very good and professional, nothing negative to report. As for the baggage, 8/9 kg cabin bag should be fine, i think the problem would arise if you have like a 20 kg cabin bag. most of the time they are okay with the baggage and dont really check, unless there is a weight restriction due to full cargo. You drop off your bags at the check in counters as normal, then with your hand luggage you proceed to the US pre-clearance area, where you are verified, and again go through another security check and then onwards to boarding the aircraft.
