I just finished telling off the customer support for Yoga-Go, a scam app that rips people off with a bunch of sneaky fine print. I was just sitting here so upset because i planned to start tonight. I truly believe the Lord led me to you! I ran straight to your comment section and wow, you are so loved, respected and appreciated. I can't wait to get started. I feel so blessed that I can just let go of my aggravations and move along with my plans, but now with a better program. Thank you!

Day 3 had to do Day 2 over had to wear shoes because of great toe flexion, I'm 72 and want to lose 30#, I do the best that I can with some of the moves more challenging than others. I'm certain I will be more toned and stronger in the next 25 days, then I will start over with one of your other programs

Two questions. 1. My neck muscles hurt too much during these exercises for me to do them as you show them. What can I do about this? 2. I cannot even BEGIN to get my body off the ground in the last exercise. What is the modification?
