It's actually quite fast for its intended purpose (e.g. vlogging, dance videos, etc.). But it definitely can't compete with a robot arm 600x its price 😆

This video provides a very explanatory overview of the slider. Considering the size of the batteries, which size do you recommend to ensure the camera body doesn't touch the battery? Sony NP-F750? Top-quality editing-congrats!

I’m confused, the footage without the arm would need to have identical movement - how do you achieve that without the use of a robot? For stills I understand, but not for a moving video.

The movement of the clean plate doesn't matter since you'll freeze the layer (turning it into a still image basically), and track it to the background in Mocha AE!
