I wash my hair once or max twice a week and my hair is still getting super oily. It got worse with per-menopause.

What rubbish! Greasy hair can come from ill health or seborrhoeic over production. I've left my hair for 4 days, and still very oily the next day.

My hair is either greasy/flat looking instead of sleek or it gets “volume” but in reality gets frizzy/poofy with tangles every time I encounter wind. I’m highly considering getting a pixie cut and wearing wigs when I want long hair

Wowwwww... Jonathan, Jonathan, Jonathan... I am really happy and ever so much thankful that I hav came across your video regarding Greasy hair. For years I hav battled so much with greasy hair/roots, and have spent a fortune searching here in the UK for suitable shampoos conditioners treatments etc fr my hair. At one point I hav even wanted to shave all my hair off as I was feeling so disgusting dirty because of my hair being like this. I wash my hair every couple of days. I read every bit of information on the back of shampoo bottles etc to figure what the ingredients are that are in them. I am currently using Rosemary shampoo and would love to know your thoughts regarding Rosemary shampoos? . I believe I should be avoiding dimethicone which is just one of the things but I'm not so sure about the others but Thanks to you, you have given such great tips in this video and I am even more clearer regarding what to avoid in shampoos etc.. This video was so informative and certainly did find it helpful. Thank youuu soo much
