Hi I work in a car dealer as well, good video but you left out key infomation like what blew the fuse ? and what circut the fuse was for. It was probably the coil ignition circut fuse in which case the coils the outside shop replaced was probably half the fix. Nice shop super clean.

Never have I known such exuberent servicing costs, incompetence and shoddy workmanship. So, it's not necessarily the case that main dealers deliver a better service.
